Required documents

  • Documents for the wedding should be prepared about 4 months before the wedding date, scans sent to us about 3 months before the wedding date.
  • Documents required for a civil and church wedding in Malta. If the Bride and Groom are Polish citizens and have Polish passports, the following documents will be required:

Civil part:

  • Rz1 form - sent later
  • Rz2 form (1 for each person) - sent later
  • Scans of evidence / Passports of the bride and groom and witnesses
  • Certificate of legal capacity to get married abroad signed by a lawyer
  • Full birth certificatesBoth Rz1 and Rz2 forms are sent for completion. The Rz2 and Rz1 forms should be stamped and signed by a notary public confirming the originality of the signatures. Such a certification should also be placed on the scans of passports / evidence to confirm their authenticity.

The price for the wedding package is valid with the booking of a travel package at the Victoria Travel office. The final price of the entire trip depends, among others, on on exchange rates, flight costs, selected hotel, additional options selected by the bride and groom, etc.
